Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development for a HYBRID role. You will evaluate acquisition, in-license and out-licensing opportunities, build financial models, and present recommendations to executives.

Collaborate across Research, Regulatory, Commercial and Legal to drive strategic deals. The ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years in pharma BD or related fields, with strong analytical abilities and Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; MBA/MD preferred.
• Minimum 2 years business development experience in pharma or related field.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate in-license/M&A opportunities and identify strategic fit.
• Lead out-licensing, capital raising, and deal structuring efforts.
• Build robust financial models and present scenarios to leadership.
• Prepare concise presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Research, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, and other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BD data sources and market trends.
