Job summary

Anritsu Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area to drive growth of our high-speed data and signal integrity portfolio. You will identify customer needs, shape requirements, and deliver hands-on demonstrations of BERT and VNA solutions at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in high-speed interconnect sales and a technical background in signal integrity, with the ability to articulate business value to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in business development, technical sales, applications engineering or product marketing in high-speed data/test and measurement.
• Strong understanding of high-speed signal integrity testing with BERT (PAM4/NRZ, jitter, BER/eye) and VNA (S-parameter, crosstalk).
• Proven ability to build pipeline, close deals with semiconductor, hyperscale, or module/OEM customers.

Responsibilities

• Expand high-speed data and signal integrity solutions into new and existing accounts.
• Define market needs and position portfolio for high-speed interconnect and AI compute applications.
• Lead pre-sales communication with Sales and Marketing for portfolio.
• Deliver demonstrations, benchmarks, and PoCs at customer sites and labs.
• Communicate KPIs and trends to Senior Management and Product Marketing.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and 10% internationally.
