Job summary

Anritsu Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area to drive growth of our high-speed data and signal integrity test portfolio. You will identify customers designing and validating next‑generation interconnects, and deliver hands‑on demonstrations of BERT and VNA solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in BD or technical sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in business development, technical sales or product marketing in high-speed data/test markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close new business with semiconductor or data-center customers.

Responsibilities

• Expand and position high-speed data and signal integrity test portfolios (BERT, VNA) into new and existing accounts.
• Own market needs definition and portfolio positioning for DCI and AI cluster computing.
• Drive pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept measurements at customer sites.
• Develop marketing content and campaigns to generate year-over-year funnel growth; collaborate with Product and Marketing teams.
