Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energetic sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. This role leads the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, using a multi‑channel approach and strong relationships.

You will develop a robust pipeline, target qualified prospects, and collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to meet or exceed revenue targets. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales in financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
