Job summary

Bull City Financial Solutions (BCFS) is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base and develop long-term revenue opportunities in accounts receivable management. This in-office Durham, NC role offers autonomy to build relationships with decision-makers, learn industry challenges, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.

You will earn a competitive base compensation plus commission and can grow to six-figure total

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales within accounts receivable management, collections, or related industry.
• In-office from Durham, NC; remote work not available.
• Ability to independently generate and close new business; strong sales results.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within targeted industries.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, decision-makers, consultants, and industry partners.
• Learn clients' challenges and position BCFS solutions accordingly.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Represent BCFS at industry conferences and networks.
