They’re seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to help grow their Philadelphia presence by identifying, securing, and shaping turnkey energy projects that improve performance, cut emissions, and solve deferred maintenance challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in education, municipal, healthcare, and C&I sectors
  • Build meaningful client relationships and guide them from discovery through proposal development
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop smart, tailored solutions
  • Present compelling value propositions and win competitive engagements
  • Represent the company at industry events and in key partnerships
  • Track market trends and procurement pathways to stay ahead of the game

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of consultative sales experience in energy services, performance contracting, building solutions, or construction
  • Deep understanding of energy efficiency, infrastructure modernization, and decarbonization
  • Strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Confident communicator with the ability to connect with both technical and executive-level audiences
  • Familiarity with public procurement, performance contracts, and financing models
  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
