SUMMARY
The Sr Business Development Manager will work the full life cycle sales flow with an internal and external suite of products.Actively build a pipeline of accounts by assessing customer needs, presenting funding products and converting with the focus being increasing customers on lending platform. In addition, work directly with Good Funding’s active Strategic Partners to foster and deepen relationships with each partner, providing real-time support to enhance the customer experience to achieve business goals.The Sr Business Development Manager will also work on residual products while owning the sales cycle from beginning to end.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
·Proficiency in explaining financial products to customers and providing individual customized solutions.
·Coordinate SP pipelines and work directly with the lenders on new and repeat funding.
·Understand and effectively communicate the Company’s guidelines and value propositions.
·Develop, coordinate, and refine communication and flow of information to customers, lenders and SP’s.
·Continue to deepen relationships with previously funded customers to generate repeat business.
·Actively manage residual products establishing connections with the customer, walk them through product options, follow a deal cycle from start to finish focusing on the highest quality of customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
·5+ years of experience in a sales role with ability to achieve goals at high conversion.
·Professional business acumen with strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Excellent relationship building skills while being influential, persuasive, persistent and tenacious.
·Ability to handle complex tasks, being organized, building SP and Lender relationships.
·Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with a focus being customer on lending platform.
·Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
