Ripple is hiring a Business Development Senior Manager to identify commercial opportunities across Ripple Treasury, Ripple Core, and Ripple Prime, with treasury as the anchor product. You will build distribution partnerships to give corporate treasuries access to yield-bearing digital assets via the Ripple Treasury platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or corporate strategy within enterprise fintech, financial services or treasury technology, with direct exposure to treasury management or enterprise payments.
• Familiarity with corporate treasury workflows, cash management, liquidity, bank relationships, FX and the TMS landscape.
• Ability to build commercial opportunities from ambiguous starting points and to communicate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure commercial opportunities that span Ripple Treasury, Ripple Core and Ripple Prime, with Ripple Treasury as the anchor product.
• Build distribution partnerships that give corporate treasury teams access to yield-bearing digital assets through the Ripple Treasury platform.
• Develop a pipeline of Ripple Treasury clients who will buy Ripple's payment rails and hand opportunities to the appropriate teams to close.
• Collaborate with RLUSD team to integrate RLUSD into treasury workflow for settlement, intercompany liquidity, and on-chain yield.
