Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to orchestrate cross-product opportunities across Ripple Treasury, Ripple Core, RLUSD and Ripple Prime. You will build strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and large enterprises, focusing on treasury optimization and cross-border payments.

You will engage CFOs and treasurers, shape the pipeline, and coordinate internal teams to close multi-product deals. Chicago-based with boundary-pushing growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships or corporate strategy within enterprise fintech/treasury tech.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury, cash management and liquidity.
• Ability to discuss digital assets, stablecoins and tokenization with CFOs.
• Track record of creating new commercial opportunities from ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure opportunities spanning Ripple Treasury, Ripple Core and Ripple Prime, with Treasury as anchor.
• Build distribution partnerships to give treasury teams access to yield-bearing assets via Ripple Treasury.
• Develop a pipeline of Ripple Treasury clients; hand off qualified opportunities to appropriate teams.
• Work with RLUSD to fit into treasury workflows and build bank/fintech partnerships.
• Monitor activity of major TMS players and inform Ripple's positioning with rivals.
• Develop CFO-level relationships at large accounts and guide strategic-entry conversations.
