Job summary

Ripple is hiring a Treasury Manager to lead global cash and product operations, supporting liquidity, funding, and treasury processes across the company. You will work with cross-functional teams and Ripple’s partners to scale treasury infrastructure.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate treasury, cross-border payments, and digital asset handling, with strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of treasury operations experience in high-growth or multinational settings.
• Experience with domestic and cross-border payments and digital assets is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions (Payroll, Tax, Bank fees, Treasury payments).
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, intercompany funding/settlement oversight.
• Oversee daily cash operations including bank reconciliations and account configurations.
• Support audits, FBAR compliance, and restricted account monitoring.
• Assist in cash positions analysis and digital asset funding and liquidity for wallet/funding obligations.
• Handle Stablecoin (RLUSD) Treasury operations and OTC trading support.
• Oversee AP and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Manage global account and exchange management, including KYC and signatory updates.
• Coordinate bank fee reviews, LOC processing with banks; support GTreasury integration.
