Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Business Development Director (Biospecimen Solutions) to identify, engage, develop, and close major opportunities within the assigned region. The role emphasizes biospecimen products, biofluids, tissues, cells, and central-lab services.

You will build relationships with key clients, qualify inbound leads, and expand existing accounts through cross-selling across the Precision Translational Sciences portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in Life Science or Healthcare industry OR
• 3+ years of Laboratory Research, Service, Clinical Operations, or customer support in Life Science industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for Biospecimen products and services in assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships and maps for new Key Clients.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and new opportunities.
• Qualify leads from marketing and inquiries to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Travel within territory up to 35% and attend conferences as required.
