Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development, Growth Market to join our regional commercial team in Singapore. This senior hunter role will independently win large enterprise accounts and build a strategic pipeline across growth markets.

You will drive revenue growth in fintechs, crypto platforms, digital banks, and regulated financial institutions, and later steward key accounts while shaping regional commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in business development or sales within financial services, fintech, or regtech.
• Strategic pipeline development and large account penetration experience.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML or compliance technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies to expand APAC market presence.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in crypto and fintech sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to meet client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and represent the company at events.
