Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator to join the Marketing and Business Development team in Charlotte. You will develop and deliver high-impact BD and marketing strategies to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and raise the firm’s profile across practice areas and regions.

You will work with a diverse team, coordinate events, campaigns, and content, and help shape strategic initiatives that influence the firm’s future while maintaining autonomy and collaboration

Qualifications

• Degree educated; a marketing or business qualification preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally within professional services.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing and business development plans for key Practice Groups.
• Liaise with lawyers and lead meetings to identify opportunities and align initiatives with strategy.
• Support regional, practice, sector and client focus programs and other BD initiatives.
• Manage budgets and guidelines for initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs and proposals, produce pitches, and track success rates.
