Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate to drive local and industry revenue growth, expanding market presence and identifying new opportunities aligned with firm strategies. You will work with the BD Market Leader and team to build a robust pipeline of leads, opportunities, and revenue.

In this role you will conduct research, qualify prospects, and cultivate relationships across industries, attending market events and collaborating with Principals, Directors, and BD leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum five years BD experience in professional services or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business/finance/marketing/communications preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, calls, and social selling.
• Collaborate with Principals and market stakeholders to advance opportunities.
• Contribute to pursuit and pipeline reports for the office/industry.
• Attend market events and develop a professional network for new business.
• Qualify inbound leads and develop account intelligence across industries.
