DHL Supply Chain, part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, is seeking a Senior Business Customer Development Analyst in the United States. The role develops into leadership within Business Development by supporting the sector’s sales efforts and learning to manage accounts or pursue new business opportunities.

Key duties include market research, campaigns, RFI/RFP messaging, monthly KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to position organizational services for customers and drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years experience in marketing, sales, transportation, and/or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research/analysis; provide trends and selling points for hunting new opportunities.
• Execute targeted marketing campaigns for our products in key market verticals.
• Support and maintain RFI/RFP messaging.
• Prepare monthly account reports with KPI insights and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, legal and product teams to ensure timely, accurate content.
