Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Senior Business Development Administrator to advance affiliate partnerships and network growth. You will coordinate projects, connect stakeholders across the organization, and support successful program launches.

Collaborating with clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leaders, you will keep priorities moving forward, manage multiple projects, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field with four years in healthcare/business development, incl. supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field with six years in healthcare/business development, incl. supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate affiliate and network expansion projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage timelines, action items, and project updates.
  • Facilitate meetings and support communication among partners.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for organizational leadership.
  • Track operational performance and key business metrics.
  • Identify risks, solve problems, remove barriers to success.
  • Serve as a liaison between Roswell Park teams and affiliate partners.

Summary

About the Role: Help expand Roswell Park's impact by supporting key affiliate partnerships and network growth initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate projects, connect stakeholders, and help ensure new programs launch successfully and operate effectively. You'll work closely with leaders across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative teams to keep priorities moving forward and drive successful outcomes.

The starting annual salary for this position is $145,685 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
