Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or HSED and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.
  • Degrees must be granted by an accredited school or as recognized by Roswell Park.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to department leaders, including Chairs, Chiefs, AVPs, and other staff.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and department activities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help organize projects, events, and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with communications and information flow across teams.
  • Support daily operations and help meet priorities and deadlines.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep leaders focused on strategic goals.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and department activities

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
