Through phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms, you'll help guide individuals through their cancer care journey with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and navigating complex situations with empathy and confidence. Every interaction you have plays an important role in creating a positive experience for patients and their families during a critical time in their lives. The starting annual salary for this position is $59,787 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
