Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business controls, risk management and/or operational risk management.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, data management and/or reporting.
• Experience with process, controls and documentation.
• Experience with portfolio management.
• Program, project and change management experience and understanding of the change lifecycle.
• Controls Management, Issue Management, Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing, Quality Assurance.
• Ability to think strategically and work across teams to improve performance.
• Excellent verbal communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly updates and reporting to stakeholders showing portfolio health for Global Risk.
• Assist the Change Management team with tasks and deliverables across program life cycles.
• Assist with enterprise change requests including quarterly evidence and transformation requests.
• Act as trusted advisor to the GRM organization and promote risk culture.
• Drive execution of key control priorities across the GRM organization.
• Conduct outreach and education to involved parties.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards and remediation plans.
• Support management of regulatory exams, internal audits, and monitoring activities.
