Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks a Senior Business Resiliency Analyst to steer BC/CM planning, testing, and recovery across SECU. The role supports Archer-based data collection, analysis, and reporting as part of the Operational Risk Management program.

In a hybrid Raleigh, NC role, you will analyze business processes, define recovery strategies, and collaborate with BC Plan Owners to ensure critical services remain available during incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in risk management in financial services.
• 3+ years of program execution experience in Risk Management, Audit, Security, or related discipline.
• Experience providing department-level consulting and program execution support.

Responsibilities

• Support Archer modules for data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Assist with Business Continuity & Crisis Management planning data collection and analysis to inform recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with BC Plan Owners, Coordinators, and Business Process Managers to assign and review RTO/PRO values and recovery strategies.
• Assist BC leadership with crisis management support as needed.
