Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery Manager to lead the enterprise resiliency program. The role requires planning, development, execution, maintenance and testing of BCDR programs with strong stakeholder management across the organization.

You will coordinate BC/DR activities, perform risk assessments, and drive improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of hands-on BCDR experience with 3 years in leadership.
• Financial services/banking industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance for BCDR planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise resiliency strategy aligned to business objectives and risk appetite.
• Lead Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Vendor Resilience programs.
• Establish governance, policies, standards, and testing frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify critical services and mitigation steps.
• Drive resilience assessments, exercises, and post-incident reviews.
• Communicate resiliency posture to executives and stakeholders.
