Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience with business/commercial underwriting in a centralized lending environment.
• Ability to underwrite credits with exposure up to $4MM and use single approval authority up to $3MM.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite business loans to determine credit worthiness.
• Review financial and credit information for complex credit structures.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of work to support lending production.
• Mentor new hires and UW II/UWI staff as needed.
