Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist for Business Banking in Tulsa. You will be the department's senior individual contributor, handling daily lending and deposit operations, onboarding, and complex transactions.

You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, partner with leadership to strengthen controls, and drive projects that improve workflows and client experience. The role emphasizes critical thinking, independent judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of consumer and business loan and deposit documentation and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of federal lending regulations (Reg B, C, CC, O, V, X, Z).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily lending and deposit operations, including account onboarding and transaction processing.
• Independently resolve complex loan and deposit items including documentation and collateral issues.
• Serve as subject matter expert and escalation resource for policy interpretation and training.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of complex workflow issues with bankers, underwriters, and operations partners.
• Perform quality control and reports reviews to strengthen compliance and audit readiness.
• Analyze production data to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead process improvements and contribute to system enhancements and testing.
