• Meet with prospects to bring in new relationships and close opportunities.
• Build and maintain COIs to drive referrals and growth.
• Retain and manage clients, deepening relationships and cross-selling products.
• Collaborate with the Client Service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Capital One’s credit policy to assess risk.
