Job summary

You will work across credit, relationship management, and treasury services to maximize profitability within policy guidelines. The role emphasizes leadership in the market, strategic sales planning, and active participation in community engagements.

Qualifications

• Previous and successful sales experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager/ Loan Officer/Business Banker with experience in C&I lending.
• Experience doing business with C-Level executives and investors.
• Experience in all aspects of the loan and credit process and a good understanding of how the banking industry operates.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain Commercial & Industrial relationships with focus on C&I customers.
• Lead credit process with Credit Administration to prepare review files and present at Loan Committee.
• Approve or recommend sound loans within lending authority and bank policy.
• Facilitate closings with customers, settlement agents, and attorneys.
• Manage loan portfolio in partnership with Portfolio Manager.
• Negotiate pricing, structure, and terms for large borrowers.
• Monitor loans for term compliance, risk ratings, and past-due management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in lending processes.
• Work with team to create annual sales plan and drive market strategies.
