Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience with at least four areas: applications development or maintenance, transportation/logistics operations, business analysis, business process modeling, data modeling, standards/processes, metrics design/analysis, software design.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, monitors, and directs project work streams and provides executive briefings on progress.
• Creates plans to measure performance and ensure end-user feedback loops for enhancements.
• Identifies risks and develops contingency plans and mitigations.
• Translates business needs into technology requirements and drafts project proposals, budgets, schedules, and financial justifications.
• Analyzes business processes to recommend strategic and tactical solutions.
• Develops enterprise programs and coordinates cross-functional and third-party providers.
