Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Three years of advanced programming techniques and application design required.
• Experience in systems design and solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies.
• Analytical and systems thinking; accuracy and attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and team members on programming projects; define processes and gather requirements.
• Write, test, debug, document, and maintain applications.
• Provide ongoing maintenance of applications.
• Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements.
• Participate in project planning processes; support data feed and interfaces as needed.
• Design reports and interfaces; maintain reports and automation tools.
• Adhere to standards and review modules for QA.
• Evaluate existing applications and platforms and provide improvement recommendations.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
