Inneractive is hiring a seasoned operator-marketer to own both the mechanics of how we run and the programs that bring in revenue. You’ll streamline workflows, turn data into insight, and execute growth campaigns—while harnessing conversational & generative AI to speed up planning and day-to-day execution. No agencies.
What You’ll Drive
Strategic Ops
- Audit and redesign cross-team processes (finance, people, GTM) for speed and scale
- Build self-serve KPI dashboards and automate recurring reports
- Lead quarterly planning, budgeting, and scenario modeling with the exec team—using AI agents to test scenarios faster
- Negotiate and manage vendor & contractor relationships end-to-end
Growth & Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, lifecycle)
- Own funnel analytics—CAC, LTV, payback, cohort health—with rapid test-and-learn loops
- Craft positioning & messaging that resonates with early customers and partners
- Orchestrate launches (features, content drops, webinars, events) from brief to post-mortem—leveraging LLM-powered workflows for research, copy, and asset production
Core Tech & Tool Stack

- Automation / CRM: Zoho Marketing Automations, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign
- MarTech: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp
- SEO / Content: SEMrush, Ahrefs, AI Content Gen
- Social & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
- Productivity & Ops: Airtable, Asana, Zapier (incl. AI Actions), G-Suite
- AI & LLMs: ChatGPT (API & function calling), Claude, Gemini, Midjourney—plus prompt-engineering best practices for planning, execution, and reporting
You Might Be the One If
- 5–8 yrs in blended ops + growth roles (startup or high-growth environment)
- Fluent in building automations, integrating APIs, and asking AI tools to accelerate planning, decision-making, and execution
- Analytical storyteller—can swing from spreadsheet to strategy deck to ad copy in a day
- Prior fractional or contract leadership experience; comfortable owning outcomes with limited oversight
- Direct U.S. freelancer (citizen or permanent resident)— no agencies
- Works on a 1099 basis; available 20–30 hrs/week with some PST overlap
