Job summary
BlueSoft, a long-standing software house, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for UNIFY Analytics and Reporting. The role focuses on standardizing analytics globally, coordinating country and regional needs with global BI and Data Office, and delivering adoption-ready reporting solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across senior business analysis, enterprise BI, analytics transformation or implementation consulting.
- Strong requirements-engineering experience covering processes, personas, KPIs, rules, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Experience coordinating UAT, rollout, adoption and sign-off across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Good understanding of ERP-enabled reporting, enterprise BI architecture, data sources, semantic layers, data quality, security and access.
- Proficiency in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Validate country reporting inventories, owners, users, KPIs, sources, and frequency; map to global dashboards.
- Translate needs into clear business requirements, KPIs, rules, data-quality expectations, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate workshops and adoption activities with cross-functional teams and global product groups.

UNIFY Analytics and Reporting will plan and support the transition from country level reporting to
standardized analytics delivered through UNIFY and approved global BI dashboards. The role will lead the business-side analysis,
requirements, delivery coordination, validation and adoption activities needed to establish a consistent reporting landscape.
A significant part of the role is analytics template for the UNIFY process, understanding the local reporting business needs they have,
mapping them to available standard solutions, identifying genuine gaps, and defining the actions required to adopt, enhance assets. The
role requires a senior individual contributor who can independently structure the work and coordinate country, regional, global business
and technical stakeholders.
Y our responsibilities
- Assessment and target mapping:
Validate country reporting inventories, including business purpose, owner, users, KPIs, source data, platform, frequency, usage and
criticality;
Review the UNIFY Global Analytics Catalogue and relevant global BI dashboards, and map local reports to the available target solutions;
Assess whether each local need is fully covered, partially covered, not covered or not applicable, considering process coverage, KPI
definitions, granularity, filters, history, refresh frequency and access;
Distinguish genuine business gaps from preferences to reproduce legacy reports, and consolidate common gaps across countries;
Recommend whether reports should be adopted, consolidated, enhanced, temporarily retained, redirected to another governed
solution or decommissioned; - Standardized reporting requirements and roadmap:
Facilitate workshops with country teams, business process owners, Data Offices, data owners and global product teams;
Translate approved needs and gaps into clear business requirements, KPI definitions, business rules, data-quality expectations and
acceptance criteria;
Maintain traceability from the local report and business need through target mapping, backlog, delivery, UAT, adoption and
retirement;
Create and maintain country and cross-country roadmaps covering assessment, gap closure, delivery dependencies, rollout and
decommissioning;
Prepare concise decision papers, recommendations, RAID logs and governance updates;
. Delivery coordination, UAT and adoption
Coordinate business-side dependencies with UNIFY, global BI, Data Domain, Data Office and technical delivery teams without taking
ownership of technical delivery;
Support backlog refinement and provide timely clarification of business intent, requirements, priorities and expected outcomes;
Define UAT scenarios and expected results; coordinate execution, defect triage, retesting and business sign-off recommendations;
Plan access, communication, training, user onboarding and adoption monitoring for standard or enhanced solutions;
Governance and capability transfer:
Maintain controlled inventories, mapping matrices, gap registers, decision records, plans, Jira and status reporting;
Develop reusable retrofit templates, assessment guidance, requirements packs, UAT assets and decommissioning checklists;
Transfer the method and working materials to internal Business Partners, Data Offices and nominated analytics leads;
Complete a structured handover covering decisions, open gaps, risks, actions and ownership.
What we expect:
- 10+ years of experience across senior business analysis, enterprise BI, analytics transformation or implementation consulting;
Demonstrated experience in reporting discovery, gap analysis, standardization, migration, rationalization or dashboard
decommissioning;
Strong requirements-engineering experience covering processes, personas, KPIs, business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria and
traceability;
Proven UAT leadership and experience coordinating rollout, adoption and business sign-off across multiple stakeholder groups;
Good understanding of ERP-enabled reporting, enterprise BI architecture, data sources, semantic layers, data quality, security and
access;
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP S/4HANA analytics or similar enterprise platforms is highly preferred;
Strong Excel skills are required and SQL is preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, data, analytics or a related field; relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.; - Professional proficiency in Polish and English
