Job summary
BlueSoft in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on pricing AI and data readiness. You will gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate data quality and UAT with cross-functional teams across regions.
The role requires 8+ years in business analysis and strong BI/AI delivery understanding. This is a hybrid/remote role with opportunities for training, healthcare, and global project exposure.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in business analysis, Data & Analytics or technology transformation.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Experience producing functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on with UAT activities and release readiness.
- Understanding of Data Quality, Data Readiness and BI solutions.
- Familiar with AI and analytics delivery lifecycles.
- Experience with international business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel.

- the project focuses on driving business transformation through the implementation of AI-powered pricing solutions and enhancing data readiness across a global organisation;
- the goal is to ensure that AI and analytics solutions deliver measurable business value and can be successfully scaled across multiple countries and business units.
Your responsibilities
- gather and analyse business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops;
- prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria;
- support the definition and implementation of AI use cases within Pricing;
- coordinate data quality, data validation and data readiness activities;
- collaborate with business, Data, BI, AI and IT teams;
- plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and release readiness;
- track project progress, risks, dependencies and business outcomes;
- support user adoption, training and continuous improvement.
What we expect
- typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, Data & Analytics or technology transformation;
- strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills;
- proven experience producing functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria;
- hands-on experience planning and leading UAT activities;
- good understanding of Data Quality, Data Readiness and BI solutions;
- practical understanding of AI and analytics delivery lifecycles;
- experience working with international business and technical stakeholders;
- proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel or equivalent tools;
- professional proficiency in Polish and English.
Nice to Have
- SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
- experience in Pricing, Finance or Commercial Analytics;
- exposure to AI Transformation, Data Governance or Data Migration projects;
- familiarity with process modelling tools such as Visio, Miro or Mural.
