Job summary

BlueSoft Sp. z o.o. seeks a data/analytics Business Analyst to own analytics use cases from requirements and feasibility through design, implementation, UAT and adoption.

You will elicit stakeholder needs and translate objectives into functional requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery scope. Responsibilities include backlog management by business value, supporting Agile ceremonies, and using SQL for data discovery, profiling and data-quality checks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or analytics role delivering data initiatives.
• Strong hands-on SQL: querying, joining datasets, validating results and data-quality issues.
• Proven requirements engineering, backlog management and stakeholder management, including process-to-data/reporting translation.

• Specify dashboards and reporting, contribute to Tableau visualisations, and lead UAT to validate correctness, usability and business impact.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data/Analytics Business Analyst or in a comparable role delivering data or analytics initiatives.


• Strong hands-on SQL: querying, joining datasets, validating results and analysing data-quality issues.


• Proven requirements engineering, backlog management and stakeholder management, including process-to-data/reporting translation.


• Analytical, independent and accountable approach; ability to operate effectively amid delivery ambiguity.


• Agile experience and familiarity with Tableau or comparable BI tools; SAP ECC/S/4HANA is an advantage. Professional English required.
