Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support a government client in Suitland, MD. The role requires US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance, with a focus on translating requirements into actionable tasks for a cross-functional team.

You will collaborate with project leads, IT staff, and the client to streamline processes, track MASS metrics, and report on status. The position begins onsite, with a path to hybrid work later in the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Cyber Security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client leadership regarding requirements and act as liaison between leadership and the team.
• Define business systems, create outlines and workflow diagrams, and present plans for accomplishing tasks.
• Help the team function cohesively through high energy and enthusiasm.
• Facilitate/support Scrum activities.
• Coordinate efforts and leverage team talent to complete tasks on time.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and participate in PM Reviews.
• Record and analyze helpdesk ticket metrics and manage MASS data.
