XPECT Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking a Business Analyst to support our Federal Government client in Huntsville, AL.

The selected candidate will analyze business processes, translate requirements to IT, and support an mission-critical network infrastructure environment with multiple enclaves and classification levels. The role emphasizes improving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering timely business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Minimum of three years of experience performing business analysis.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements analysis, and software analysis and design.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel.
• Works knowledge with Information Security and Technology methodologies.
• Acts as a liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into requirements realization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advise managers on how to make organizations more efficient through cost benefit, and decision analysis.
• Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products, market, or share trends.
• Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
• Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
• Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
• Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
• Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
• Maintain business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
