Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and SDLC activities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and technology needs.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze Salesforce capabilities for improvements and collaborate with admins, developers, and architects to define solutions.
• Review integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST APIs and distributed patterns.
• Support SDLC activities with QA, testing, and issue resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level Business Analysts.
• Participate in architecture and solution discussions involving microservices and distributed systems.
