Insight Global in Chicago seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. You will drive hands‑on Salesforce implementations and collaborate with developers, QA, PMs, and business users to deliver enhancements and successful projects.

The role requires 3–5+ years in business analysis, strong process mapping skills, and hands‑on Salesforce configuration knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Hands‑on Salesforce configuration experience, including implementing platform enhancements.
• Experience with Salesforce Cases, Case Layouts, Quick Actions, Standard & Custom Fields.
• Salesforce Administration‑level knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, data models, relationships, and CRM processes.
• Experience configuring page layouts, fields, screens, workflows, and user experiences.
• Exposure to SOQL and intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of SDLC, UAT, testing methodologies, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive conversations, challenge requirements, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and identify root business needs.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.
• Lead Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a hands‑on capacity.
• Create user stories, process flows, design documentation, and UAT plans.
• Partner with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users throughout delivery.
• Support Salesforce administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing system optimization.
• Provide project status updates, identify risks, and support successful project execution.
