Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Veterans Affairs department in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. You will lead the capture of business requirements for software development, document requirements in ALM tools, and guide agile teams using SAFe and Scrum practices.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of professional experience, a Master’s degree, and a Public Trust (MBI) clearance or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.

• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client and manage risk/traceability.
