Job summary

You will elicit, validate, specify, verify, and manage business needs from stakeholders, customers, and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven to ten years in business analysis and solution development, leading complex enterprise teams.
• CCBA or CBAP certification recommended; healthcare domain knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead requirements gathering and review meetings.
• Develop and manage requirements management plan and schedule.
• Elicit requirements via interviews, analysis, workshops, and use cases.
• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements.
• Facilitate prioritization based on business value and impact.
• Document detailed requirements, processes, use cases, and user stories.
