Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help our clients improve health outcomes and streamline operations through technology. You will collaborate across clients, PMs, product teams, and technical staff to document and validate business requirements, design data-centric solutions, and guide projects to successful outcomes.

You will be expected to gather requirements, develop specifications, and validate test results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to translate business needs into objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's duties on IT projects and mentor junior members.
• Serve as liaison between clients, PMs, product teams, and technical staff to define and validate requirements.
• Develop business specifications for technical projects, enhancements, and initiatives.
• Analyze and design improvements to business processes, data flows, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into actionable specs.
• Create and maintain data mapping, semantic model design, BRD, test plans and project artifacts.
• Work with cross-functional teams on change requests, testing, validation, and implementation.
