Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in Plano, TX for a fully on-site role. You will provide strategic analytical support across the Sales organization, handling reports, payouts, and channel budgets for Distributor and Custom Installer accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in tech sales operations, strong Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx skills, and excellent communication. This is a contract opportunity with on-site Monday–Friday presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience; tech/sales/OEM experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams.
• Expert Microsoft Excel (nested formulas, Power Query); Tableau and Alteryx a plus.
• Experience with SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar data automation platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong thinking, problem resolution, and urgency when driving results.
• Experience with consumer electronics accounts preferred.
• This role is on-site in Plano, TX, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports showing revenue performance, spend, and key metrics across regions and categories.
• Lead programs and payout calculations for accounts; coordinate Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance for payments.
• Oversee Distributor POS data management and reporting; deliver actionable insights to Sales and Supply Chain.
• Develop and manage Custom Installer channel budget; align with MP targets and monitor spend.
• Manage Distributor Roadmap reporting; track promos and launches and communicate updates.
• Manage Account Set Up for new and existing customers; ensure accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
• Create and maintain custom reporting packages for key accounts and stakeholders.
