Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Tableau and Alteryx a plus.
• Experience with SAP BI and data automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• On-site role in Plano, TX, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance reports for real-time visibility into revenue performance, program spend, and key business metrics across regions and product categories.
• Lead Programs and Payout Calculations for assigned accounts, serving as SME between Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance.
• Oversee Distributor POS data management and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights to Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the Custom Installer channel budget, aligning with MP targets and monitoring spend and performance.
• Manage Distributor Roadmap reporting, tracking promotional/product launch timelines and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Manage Account Set Up for new/existing customers, ensuring system accuracy and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, and Sales.
• Develop and maintain custom account reporting packages tailored to key accounts and Sales stakeholders.
