Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CBAP or ISEB certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand key business functions, processes, and technology needs.
• Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements using interviews, workshops, process analysis, use cases, and other techniques.
• Translates high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications and design.
• Facilitates as-is and to-be process design for standardization and efficiency gains.
• Documents business requirements, workflows, and supporting materials for business and technical teams.
• Acts as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and solution providers through design, implementation, and change management.
• Assesses impact of system and process changes and communicates risks, issues, and decisions.
• Maintains visibility into projects and communicates business impacts to leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develops business cases and requirements statements for proposed systems with expected benefits and costs.
