Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years developing business requirements or equivalent.
• 5+ years in business process and data/workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate tech concepts into business terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle and tech changes; MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and use cases.
• Facilitate process design and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
• Create clear requirements, workflows, and documentation for business and IT teams.
• Partner with leads and solution providers to ensure requirements address needs.
• Serve as liaison across stakeholders during design, implementation, and change management.
• Assess business impact of changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Maintain visibility into projects, communicating risks, issues, and impacts to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes and capabilities.
• Research emerging tech and provide input to portfolio management.
• Develop business cases and statements of requirements for proposed systems.
