Job summary

ZipStaff in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Oracle Fusion reporting (BIP/OTBI/BICC) across SCM, Finance, Procurement, and HCM, with a hybrid on-site schedule in Durham/RTP, NC.

You will gather requirements, design Fusion reporting solutions, validate data with SQL/PLSQL, drive UAT, coordinate production support, and write functional specs and user documentation. A strong background in Oracle Cloud reporting is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud applications.
• Hands-on BI Publisher (BIP), BICC extracts, and OTBI.
• SQL/PL/SQL for report validation and data analysis.
• Experience with Fusion functional teams (SCM, Finance, Procurement, or HCM).
• UAT, defect tracking, and production support for reports.
• Hybrid work environment: 3 days/week on-site in Durham/RTP, NC.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements.
• Work with functional and technical teams on Oracle Fusion reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, BICC extracts, and analytical dashboards.
• Translate process needs into technical reporting specs.
• Coordinate across Fusion SCM, Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
• Support data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and report testing.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and report runs (Control-M and Oracle schedulers).
• Partner with integration teams on OIC-based data movement for reporting.
• Write process docs, functional specs, and user training.
• Drive UAT, defect tracking, issue resolution, and production support.
• Use AI-enabled tools to speed documentation and analysis where useful.

Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics for a global technology services engagement in the Research Triangle.

You will gather reporting requirements, design BIP / OTBI / BICC solutions across SCM, Finance, Procurement, and HCM, and drive UAT and production support. This is a Fusion reporting BA seat, not a generic Jira BA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Control-M (or equivalent enterprise scheduler).
• Fusion Analytics / FAW concepts.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation.
