Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas seeks an experienced Business Analyst Oracle Reports to support reporting analytics and optimization across Oracle Fusion applications in Durham, North Carolina.

This contract role will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design reporting solutions, and enable data‑driven decisions using Oracle Fusion reporting and integration technologies. On-site hours are 8am to 4pm, with compensation of $40–$50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting and analytics.
• Develop reporting solutions in Oracle Fusion with functional and technical teams.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, extracts, and dashboards; support data movement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to reporting and analytics.
• Work with functional and technical teams to develop reporting solutions in Oracle Fusion.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher, BIP Reports, BICC extracts, and analytical dashboards.
• Analyze business processes and translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Oracle Fusion teams across SCM, Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
• Support data extraction, validation, reconciliation and report testing activities.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and report executions using scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with integration teams to support OIC-based data movement and reporting needs.
• Prepare business process documents, functional specs, and user training materials.
• Drive UAT defect tracking and production support activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Oracle Reports to support reporting analytics and business process optimization initiatives across Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements design reporting solutions and support data driven decision making using Oracle Fusion reporting and integration technologies
