Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud consultant to support Fusion Order Management and WMS integrations for a global technology services engagement in the Research Triangle. You will design and support OIC integrations across order-to-cash: sales orders, WMS pick/pack/ship, inventory sync, transfer orders, and RMA - plus EDI/B2B (850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, 861).

Hybrid role in Durham / RTP, NC requiring 7+ years of Oracle integration experience and hands-on OIC, with strong

• 7+ years Oracle integration / SCM-OM implementation.
• Hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - mandatory.
• REST/SOAP, JSON/XML field mapping.
• WMS integrations and ERP/SCM integrations.
• EDI/B2B: 850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, 861.
• Fusion Order Management (order capture through shipping/invoicing).
• Order orchestration and fulfillment-line knowledge.
• Integration error handling and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Durham / RTP, NC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Integrate Fusion Order Management with WMS and ERP/SCM.
• Map REST/SOAP, JSON/XML payloads and EDI documents.
• Support order, shipment, inventory, and transfer flows.
• Handle exceptions, retries, and integration errors.
• Work Fusion OM: order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping, invoicing.
• Support RMA/returns processes and related flows.
• Cover O2C patterns like sales orders and back-to-back fulfillment.

Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff - No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud consultant to support Fusion Order Management and WMS integrations for a global technology services engagement in the Research Triangle.

You will design and support OIC integrations across order-to-cash: sales orders, WMS pick/pack/ship, inventory sync, transfer orders, and RMA - plus EDI/B2B (850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, 861).

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and support integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Order Management with WMS and ERP/SCM
• Map REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and EDI documents
• Support sales order, shipment request, pick/pack, ship confirmation, inventory sync, receipt confirmation, and transfer-order flows
• Handle exceptions, retries, and integration errors
• Work Fusion OM: order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping, invoicing
• Support RMA / return orders (return types, receiving, inspection, disposition, credit/refund)
• Cover O2C patterns: sales orders, transfer orders, back-to-back, drop ship
• Partner with technical teams on integration requirements

Required Qualifications

• REST/SOAP, JSON/XML field mapping
• WMS integrations and ERP/SCM integrations
• EDI/B2B: 850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, 861

• Order orchestration and fulfillment-line knowledge
• Integration error handling and troubleshooting
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Durham / RTP, NC

• Back-to-back and drop-ship orchestration
• Prior OIC + Fusion Cloud implementations (not EBS-only)
