Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and stabilize cloud OM for a global technology services engagement in the Research Triangle.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on-site in Durham/RTP, NC, with cross-functional collaboration across O2C processes, integrations, and production support. This is a hands-on L3 role focused on production stability and scalable OM cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Oracle Order Management (Cloud / Fusion OM strongly required).
• Hands-on L3 production support for OM applications and integrations.
• Strong O2C knowledge (capture → fulfillment → ship → invoice → returns).
• Integration work among OM, ERP, WMS, and external partners.
• Configuration of orchestration, fulfillment flows, business rules, and exceptions.
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days/week) in Durham / RTP, NC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations.
• Support end-to-end O2C: order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and data issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations among Order Management, ERP, WMS, and partner systems.
• Configure business rules, orchestration, fulfillment flows, and exception handling.
• Analyze requirements and recommend scalable Fusion OM Cloud solutions.
• Monitor application health, performance, and transaction processing.

Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and stabilize cloud OM for a global technology services engagement in the Research Triangle.

This is a hands-on L3 production and integration seat across order-to-cash—not a project-manager or functional-only BA role.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations.
