Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior role.
• Experience analyzing legacy applications or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements-gathering skills and translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience testing large-scale projects and validating application functionality.
• Experience leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing application requirements to ensure functionality is retained during modernization.
• Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, aligning them with policies, legislation, and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and propose value-added features.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and define acceptance criteria with product management.
• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support evaluation of technical approaches, including platform modernization and integrations.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, validate functionality, document defects, and verify changes.
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Identify risks and dependencies and provide status updates to leadership.
