Lateral Insights LLC seeks a Sr Business Analyst to lead requirements, design and testing for a major modernization of a public utility application in PA. You will translate business needs into user stories, coordinate with Product Manager and technical teams, and guide UAT to ensure accurate, compliant delivery.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of BA experience, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and proven ability to drive process improvements while ensuring security and WCAG accessibility standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience including senior roles.
• Experience analyzing legacy applications or leading digital transformation.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into clear user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Document existing requirements and verify key functionality.
• Prioritize requirements and map to policy requirements.
• Recommend system improvements with business units.
• Propose new features delivering business value.
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Assist in evaluating technical approaches and integration decisions.
• Ensure business requirements are understood by the delivery team.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility (WCAG), and data privacy standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments; provide status updates.
