Cognizant is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives onsite in Washington, DC.

You will gather requirements, create BRDs/FRS and user stories, map As-Is/To-Be processes, and coordinate SIT/UAT with stakeholders and migration partners. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Visio, and SQL is preferred; you will work with large enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with migration, digital transformation, or application modernization projects.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, BRD/FRS, UAT, and user stories.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Visio/Lucidchart, and MS Office.
• SQL/data analysis experience is preferred.
• Experience with financial institutions, government agencies, or large enterprise customers is a plus.

Mansioni

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Document As-Is / To-Be processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support data and application migration, including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate and support SIT and UAT activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation.
