Join a leading financial services firm at the forefront of a multi-year digital transformation! This is an exciting opportunity to help modernize a public web ecosystem, content platforms, and client experiences—directly impacting how millions of clients interact with financial services.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, marketing teams, technology partners, analytics teams, and platform owners. In this role, you will drive business and system requirements for tagging, data, measurement, reporting, and tracking.

Your work will support the creation and management of requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-readiness activities. You will help ensure the infrastructure, processes, and governance needed for accurate performance measurement and reporting are defined, documented, prioritized, and implemented as part of the site rebuild roadmap.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate business objectives, measurement needs, and reporting requirements into actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and working sessions across multiple disciplines.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, gaps, and impacts across workstreams.
  • Maintain requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation and reporting.
  • Lead the documentation and coordination of analytics, tagging, tracking, measurement, and data-layer requirements across the site rebuild initiative.
  • Partner with Analytics, MarTech, Tealium, Adobe Analytics, development teams, and other stakeholders to define tracking strategies and implementation requirements.
  • Create and maintain tagging specifications, tracking matrices, data dictionaries, measurement plans, and governance documentation.
  • Ensure business goals, conversion metrics, client journeys, and reporting needs are accurately represented in technical requirements.
  • Validate that tracking requirements are incorporated into development plans, testing activities, and production-readiness reviews.
  • Help establish scalable processes for performance measurement, reporting, governance, and end-to-end traceability.
  • Work closely with Delivery Leads, Product Managers, Technical Project Managers, Scrum teams, and Engineering partners throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and requirements clarification.
  • Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure requirements are testable and measurable.
  • Assist with defect triage, issue resolution, and change-management activities.
  • Support release readiness and implementation planning.
  • Serve as a liaison among Marketing, Content, Product, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, and other subject‑matter experts.
  • Facilitate discussions that align business objectives, technical feasibility, and measurement requirements.
  • Communicate project status, requirement changes, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and delivery teams.
